All orders are shipped from Ireland within 2–3 working days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

🔁 Change of Mind Returns (10 Days)

If you’re not happy with your order for any other reason:

  • Contact us within 2/3 day of delivery.
  • All items must be unused, unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Order must be retuned with 10 working days.
  • We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot accept liability for returns lost in transit.

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding original shipping fees).

  • If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
